2.   Betty Jean Worthington:  born May 10, 1936 in Thermopolis, Hot Springs County, Wyoming; died May 22, 1936 in Thermopolis, Hot Springs County, Wyoming.

 

3.   Harold James Worthington:  born June 22 1938 in Thermopolis, Hot Springs County, Wyoming.

 

4.   Frank John Worthington:  born August 3, 1938 in Thermopolis, Hot Springs County, Wyoming.
