Children of Isaac Thomas James (1844-1888) of Iowa and Dulcina Rogers (1849-1883) of Putnam, Indiana:

 

1.   Wilburn David James:  born circa 1867 in Indiana; married Jennice James.

 

2.   Mary Alberta James:  born December 2, 1868; married Pressley M. Stewart; died October 7, 1947; known children include:  Ruth Evelyn Stewart; Mary Lois Stewart and Jesse Stewart.

 

3.   David Larkin James:  born May 24, 1870 in Putnam County, Indiana; died July 1, 1936 (aged 66) in Indianapolis, Indiana; buried at Fairland Cemetery, Fairland, Shelby County, Indiana.

 

4.   Albert Louis James:  born 1871 in Putnam County, Indiana; married August 20, 1905 in Montgomery County, Indiana to Bertha May Hall (1886-1938); died on July 30, 1948 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; known children include:  Maybelle Lucille James and William Thomas James.

Isaac Thomas James (1844-1888) was the son of David James (1807-1889) of Botetourt County, Virginia and Hannah Dewitt.
