1.   Maybelle “Mabel” Lucille James: born December 23, 1906 in Roachdale, Putnam County, Indiana; first marriage to Joseph Hittle; second marriage to Fred Hatings; third marriage to Bond E. Travis (1904-1988); died June 13, 1974 (aged 67) in Santa Ana, Orange County, California; buried at Fairhaven Memorial Park, South Lawn, Santa Ana, Orange County, California; known children include: James Joseph Hittle.

 

2.   William Thomas James: born October 30, 1908 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; married May 5, 1928 to Esther Josephine Jones (1909-1989), daughter of William Larkin Jones (1879-1971) and Philipena Marie Meyer (1881-1969); died September 9, 1974 (aged 65) in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; buried at Washington Park East Cemetery, Section L, Lot 295, Space 6 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; known children include: William Thomas James, Robert Louis James and Wilbur Gene James (Family Tree Y-DNA Kit No. 37879).

Albert Louis James (1871-1948) was the son of Isaac Thomas James (1844-1888) of Iowa and Dulcina Rogers (1849-1883) of Putnam, Indiana.
