1.    Wilburn David James:  born October 16, 1867 in Putnam County, Indiana; married March 31, 1904 to Jennie Feary (1876-1957), daughter of Jeremiah E. Feary (1817-1888) and Eda Scheaffer (1847-1956); died November 8, 1937 (aged 70); buried at Fairland Cemetery, Fairland, Shelby County, Indiana; no issue.

 

2.    Mary Alberta James:  born December 2, 1868 in Roachdale, Putnam County, Indiana; married in 1897 to Pressley M. Stewart (1869-1956), son of Samuel J. Stewart (1844-1888) and Jemima Jane Martin (1844-1915); died October 7, 1947 (aged 78) in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; buried at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; known children include: Ruth Evelyn Stewart; Mary Lois Stewart and Jesse Herbert Stewart.

 

3.    David Larkin James:  born May 24, 1870 in Putnam County, Indiana; died July 1, 1936 (aged 66) in Indianapolis, Indiana; buried at Fairland Cemetery, Fairland, Shelby County, Indiana.

 

4.    Albert Louis James:  born December 16, 1871 in Roachdale, Putnam County, Indiana; married August 20, 1905 in Montgomery County, Indiana to Bertha May Hall (1886-1938), daughter of William Gunn Hall (1853-1924) and Mary Caroline Vance (1852-1928); died July 30, 1948 (aged 76) in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; buried at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; known children include: Maybelle Lucille James and William Thomas James.

Isaac Thomas James (1844-1888) was the son of David James (1807-1889) of Botetourt County, Virginia and Hannah Dewitt.
