05/19/2010:  Today Nicoleta “Nicole” Rus James was sworn in and naturalized as a United States Citizen in Sacramento, California.  Born in Romania on February 6, 1974, Mrs. James immigrated to the United States on June 11, 2000 with a student visa.  After passing the California Registered Nursing examination in 2002, Nicole would go to be sponsored by her employer, Courtyard Health Care of Davis, California for permanent residence in the United States.  On October 3, 2006 Nicole officially became a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States through her employment based sponsor.  Congratulations Nicole on ten years of perseverance leading to U.S. Citizenship!
